Ian comes to Composite Retail Group
with a wealth of senior management
experience in the retail sector.
As finance manager and 2IC for a
group which exceeded $100 million
in revenue, Ian ensures that operations
are efficient and insists on a company
wide focus of informed decision making
in order to achieve a sustainable
competitive advantage.
More recently, in the last two years
Ian has been the General Manager of
a charitable trust. He transformed
the company from a monthly gifting
focus, to an organisation that ensures
the best sustainable outcomes for
the community. This was only achieved
by listening to and understanding
the community to identify their real
needs and then aligning the company’s
strategy and focus to meet those needs. | |

Terry has extensive knowledge of the New
Zealand Footwear and Sporting scene, following 10
years as Representative and Sales Manager for
major sporting brands and 15 years as General
Manager with Composite Retail. This in-depth
knowledge of Footwear has put him in good stead to
organise the New Zealand Footwear Expo held twice
a year during February and August. This event is
now the biggest of its kind in Australasia. Terry
is currently a member of the NZ Footwear Industry
Council. | |

| Stephanie's background comprises 12 years
with Fisher & Paykel, working
internationally in sales and marketing.
After a 3 year secondment to London
managing their European operations,
she returned to take up a GM role
for an importer/manufacturer of childcare
and manchester products. Stephanie
brings with her a wealth of sales
and marketing experience in the manufacturing
and retail sectors, which she hopes
will enhance and ensure the future
growth of her divisions. | |

| Scott is an experienced negotiator with successful
sales and marketing management experience
stretching back through 20 years in
the retail and wholesale arenas, both
locally and internationally. A current
tertiary qualification in business
marketing ensures the Furniture Division's
member stores are kept up-to-date
with new strategies and sales initiatives. | |

Being a fourth generation Draper from
George Court & Sons Ltd, I have spent most of
my 26 years working in the Rag Trade industry. I
started with Composite Retail in 1988 and
developed both the men's and women's division for
five years. Following a period of several years in
the wholesale clothing industry I returned to
Composite Retail Group in 1999 as General
Manager for Menswear and now I also manage the Womenswear area as in previous years.
