Your Investment

• Initial Outlay: $2,500.00
  This is per membership and is not based on the number of outlets or the size of the business.
  In addition to membership you also receive 1000 $1.00 shares thereby becoming a shareholder in Composite Retail Group. If at such time in the future you wish to resign your membership $1,000 is returned to you in full.
  The shareholding does not accumulate interest. Your limited liability as a shareholder is 1000x$1 shares.



• Service Fee: $95.00 per month
  This service fee relates to monthly account administration and membership communications.
  NB: Your membership can extend to multiple divisions at no extra cost
  


• Revenue Streams :
  Additional funding comes from our suppliers by way of a commission on throughput in return for the centralised billing we provide and also the opportunity they, the supplier, have to promote their products through one channel thereby saving on their resources.
  Members are obliged to report any attempt by suppliers to avoid standard Composite billing procedures.
