The Womenswear Division is a major segment of the Composite Group. Currently there are 127 member stores throughout New Zealand and opportunities for membership remain. Twenty major suppliers partner with this group. With a focus primarily on product and product sourcing this Division is expected to provide greater benefits for their members in terms of improved margin.

The Division holds a number of seasonal conferences throughout New Zealand at which members and suppliers come together to trade and network.

Composite also promotes retailer attendance at the Fashion Exposed trade shows held in Sydney each March and Melbourne in September. This event, also open to the full trade, is highly recommended as a showcase for Australasian apparel and accessories.
